3 Simple Ways to Stay Organized With Your Content (Plus a Backup System)
How do you stay organized with your social media content without spending hours every week? In this video, I’m sharing three simple ways I organize my content – plus the backup system I use to make sure I never lose what I create.
Having a simple content organization system can make such a difference, especially if you’re a real estate agent or small business owner creating your own social media content.
I’ll walk you through how I keep a running list of content ideas so I always have something to record, how I organize Canva with folders and reusable templates, and how I use albums on my phone to keep my videos, photos and other assets easy to find.
Plus, I’m sharing my monthly backup system. At the end of each month, I move my content off my phone and save it to Dropbox. You could also use Google Drive, iCloud or whatever system works best for you.
Remember – social media is rented ground. We don't own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, which is why it’s so important to save and own the content you work hard to create.
You don’t need a complicated system. You just need a simple one you’ll actually use!
